Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the item is delivered to you, regrettably we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also cannot accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, as well as customized products.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm its arrival and inform you of the refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@classypetlife.com 

Gifts
If the item was indicated as a gift upon purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for your return value. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the order was shipped to the gift giver to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

Shipping

You will need to cover the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be subtracted.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary based on your location.
